Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Senior Oracle HCM Analyst to support and enhance Oracle HCM Fusion, with a focus on Core HR and Talent modules.
This role involves system configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and support for ongoing improvements.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Oracle HCM implementations, particularly within configuration and functionality optimization.
A key initiative will include transitioning to Oracle's new Redwood user interface by October 2025.
Key Responsibilities - Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Fusion Core HR and Talent modules.
- Lead and manage quarterly system upgrades, including testing, troubleshooting, and coordination.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess functional requirements and deliver enhancements.
- Provide day-to-day support for Oracle HCM including resolution of system issues and user inquiries.
- Support the implementation of Redwood UI, ensuring successful migration from Responsive Pages.
- Assist with documentation of configuration changes and best practices.
- Participate in project planning and execution related to HRIS system initiatives.
- Engage in testing and validation activities to ensure accurate system performance.
Required Qualifications - 3â€"5+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM Fusion.
- Hands-on experience with Core HR and Talent modules.
- Strong configuration and troubleshooting skills within Oracle HCM.
- Experience leading system upgrades and testing processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Oracle Help Desk module.
- Familiarity with Redwood UI and Visual Builder.
- Previous experience with HRIS implementation or system rollout projects.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic and evolving environment.
