Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly strategic, analytical, and execution-driven Senior Manager of Operations to lead the development and optimization of our Digital Health Network. This role is pivotal in ensuring the scalability, efficiency, and performance of our clinical operations. The ideal candidate brings a consulting background with experience in healthcare or digital health being an added + and has a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Drive strategic planning and execution of key initiatives to scale and evolve the digital clinical operations network.
  • Oversee Vet operations to maximize efficiency, ensure balanced workloads, and optimize coverage.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline provider workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

Operational Excellence:

  • Design, implement, and optimize operational workflows, KPIs, and processes to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance in clinical operations.
  • Lead data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics, performance tracking, and actionable insights. Develop and implement key performance metrics (KPIs) to monitor Vet Performance
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Leverage technology and automation to optimize scheduling, documentation, and provider productivity.

Stakeholder and Partner Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical, Technology, Product, and Regulatory to align priorities and drive execution.
  • Oversee relationships with technology vendors, and network partners to ensure operational performance and contract adherence.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA strongly preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or consulting, experience in Digital health a plus
  • Strong background in management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte, Accenture, etc.) highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with experience in data modeling, dashboards and operational KPIs.
