THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- 5+ years of property operations leadership, with hands-on experience in tax credit (LIHTC) properties
- Proven success managing financials, budgets, and compliance in a property management setting
- Strong technical acumen with property management software like Yardi, RealPage, or AppFolio
- Familiarity with landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing guidelines, and maintenance workflows
- A mindset for continuous improvement, backed by experience with process optimization and cost control
- Excellent coaching and team-building skills to lead and develop Regional and Property Managers
- Bonus: Experience in multi-family, commercial, or HOA portfolios, and exposure to tech-driven process improvements
