Neos is Seeking a Senior OnBase Developer/Administrator for a long-term contract with our client in Austin, TX.

Work Hours and Location: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, E Stassney Ln, Austin, TX 78744

Note: This position requires candidates to be onsite 3-5 days a week. Candidates must be local.

Software Developer III

• Convert data from specifications to create or modify computer programs.

• Analyze specifications, applying knowledge of computer capabilities and logic.

• Work closely with stakeholders to resolve questions of program intent, input/output requirements, and internal controls.

• Write and test code, correct errors, and document work.

• Evaluate and enhance current information processing systems and develop new systems as needed.

• Prepare reports, manuals, diagrams, and flowcharts.

• Provide technical support for applications, hardware issues, and integration with external entities.

• Participate in IT system planning, upgrades, maintenance, and support.

This is a senior-level role, requiring independent work and creativity. A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience is required.

Minimum Required Skills and Experience:

8+ Years Experience in:

• n-tier architecture setup across multiple servers (web/app/file/database)

• OnBase platform setup/configuration/administration:

o Web/App server, Full Text servers, Disk admin (with encryption), SSO setup

o PAV/NextGen server

o Exposure to at least four versions of OnBase

o Proactive monitoring/health checks

• Implementation experience:

o Multi-thread scheduler services

o DIP/DRIP

o Timer services

o Advanced diagnostic settings

7+ Years Experience in:

• OnBase upgrades

• Diagnostics including OnDemand

• Windows Server/IIS administration

• SSL certificate setup

• SQL Server (cluster mode)

5+ Years Experience in:

• OnBase Disaster Recovery (DR) processes

• Active OnBase Sys Admin/Workflow Admin/Engineer certifications

• Writing SQL queries/stored procedures

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• 4+ Years: Hyland OnBase administration and support

• 4+ Years: OnBase Certified System Administrator

• 5+ Years:

• Unity API scripting (C )

• Workflow/Workview/Unity Form development

• Splunk/AppDynamics integration

• REST API concepts
