Receptionist, you will be responsible for
- Setting up conference rooms for meetings, sometimes around 5 different set-ups per day.
- Other tasks will include delivering packages if needed, walking the building to ensure everything appears as it should, and providing customer support.
- The managers are looking for someone with good customer service skills and who can handle the physical needs of moving chairs and tables.
- Ability to work as a team member in balancing workloads and pending tasks that need to be completed within a given timeline. PC Literate. Basic office skills, creating reports, filling out forms, tracking invoices/work orders etc
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
This is a Full-time, contract opportunity..
Location: ALPHARETTA, Georgia 30004Duration: 3 Months contract Shift : 8 am -5 pm(Monday- Friday)Pay: $15.00/hr. 17.00/hr. Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
