Your Responsibilities: - Act as the Subject Matter Expert: Provide expert advice on Offensive Cyber Operations such as Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, Network Exploitation, and Critical Infrastructure Disruption.
- Drive Strategic Innovation: Guide the integration and synchronization of Offensive CO with military operations across air, land, maritime, and space domains in support of the DOD and CJCS Global Integration Process.
- Influence Military Strategy: Offer insights into joint targeting, coordination, and deconfliction, enabling effective use of fires in and through cyberspace.
- Master Cyber Doctrine: Provide expertise on Cyber Doctrine and Policies, including roles, responsibilities, and authorities for CO.
- Connect Key Players: Serve as the primary liaison between JS J6 JFID and USCYBERCOM along with its Service components.
- Support Action Plans: Contribute to formulating Cyber Fires-related topics within Joint Fires Action Plans.
Qualifications: - Extensive Experience: At least 10 years of experience, including 5 years in Cyber Operations.
- Security Clearance: Must possess an active TOP SECRET-SCI clearance.
- Educational Background: BA or BS degree (or equivalent operational experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
- Relevant Background: Prior service at USCYBERCOM or a Service Component as a Cyber Warfare Officer, Cyber Operations Specialist, or equivalent role.
- Adaptability: Strong grasp of cyber strategies to disrupt, degrade, and defeat adversarial capabilities across a wide range of military operations.
- Advanced Training: Graduate of a Joint or Service Cyber Operations or Cyber Warfare Course.
- Effective Communication: Exceptional abilities in creating information papers, reports, and briefing materials, demonstrating both autonomous and collaborative working skills.
Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in a STEM field.
