Currently, we have a Senior New Accounts/Customer Service Representative opportunity with a well-established and growing bank. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team with a strong reputation for delivering outstanding financial services.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Interviewing and profiling customers to recommend appropriate banking products and services.
  • Processing all new account transactions, including opening consumer and basic business accounts.
  • Assisting customers with account-related inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships.
  • This is a full-time Monday-Friday job.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
  • A minimum of 2 years of banking Teller experience is required.
  • Experience with opening consumer accounts and basic business accounts is required.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Computer proficiency, including experience with banking systems.
Pay Rate Range: $22.05 - $28.60 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
