Senior Network Engineer with Security Clearance

Description SAIC has an immediate opening for a mid to senior level Network Engineer. We are looking for someone to join our established team of dedicated network engineers supporting a wide range of customers. The Network Engineer must be a self-starter who is able to solve complex problems with minimal supervision. You should also work well as part of a team, and once enough experience is gained, be able to mentor aspiring Network Engineers. You should also have direct hands-on experience with WAN/LAN routing protocols, firewall and/or security products, network troubleshooting, and equipment O&M. Prior experience with both GOTS and COTS encryption products would be a plus. Duties will include: Working primarily with Cisco Networking Gear Design, Implement and Maintain High Priority WAN/MAN/LANs Develop secure solutions to Customer Requests Serve as a trusted advisor for the government customer Qualifications Must currently hold an Active TS/SCI with Poly Minimum of 14 years of relevant technical experience Bachelor's Degree, although experience can be substituted for the degree Active CCNP certification Be able to support proper separation between customers by use of MPLS VPNS and Ethernet over MPLS Be able to support implementation of Dynamic Multi-point Virtual Private Networks (DMVPNs), IP Sec, and Layer 2 Tunneling Protocols SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.
