REQUIRED SKILLS 7+ years of experience in network engineering, including 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
The ideal candidate will have senior-level expertise in Cisco Call Manager and general network support experience
Senior-level experience (SME) in Cisco Call Manager with hands-on expertise in trunk creation, audio management, and troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of VoIP, SIP, and network protocols
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a support-focused role (no architecture tasks) Proven experience with network design, implementation, and management in complex environments. Cisco CCNP or higher certification is required.
