Join our team at Virgin Media O2 and help shape the future of our networks. Supporting the Networks Leadership team, you'll play a key role in crafting and delivering the network narrative across fixed and mobile, aligning it with our strategy.

You'll develop dynamic network engagement plans, managing creative campaigns that educate and inspire customers, partners, and stakeholders. You'll simplify complex network information and create engaging communications like videos, infographics, and whitepapers to empower our teams and employees. Additionally, you'll support customer-facing teams with insightful content, while planning and running impactful events that engage thousands of customers. The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Expert writer, who can adapt written style for different media
  • Experience in planning and delivering creative campaigns across various communications channels (e.g. social, internal, customer communications, PR etc.)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence and ability to influence at all levels
  • Ability to translate complex data into simple language for various audiences
  • Project management skills - with the ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time
The other stuff we are looking for

We'd also love you to bring;

  • Basic knowledge of Mobile/Fixed Network Communications
  • Experience of event management
  • Experience creating engaging social media campaigns
