SENIOR NETWORK ARCHITECT: The position is for a Senior Network Architect. The ability to explain complex networking technologies to large enterprise customers, along with professional poise and speaking ability is required. You must be comfortable translating complex technical architectures and ideas to a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences. You will provide pre-sales support to the Eastern Account Sales Team. You will currently possess and maintain a knowledge of networking, routing, and switching along with one or several specializations such as wireless, cloud networking, security, and network services.
REQUIREMENTS: - Cisco CCIE Certification is mandatory. Arista is a plus.
- Deep experience with Cisco Network Technologies and other Network Technologies and Architectures is a must.
- Experience with Arista, Palo Alto, Zscaler, OKTA, F5, and wireless technologies is a plus.
- Experience with Cloud Networking such as AWS, VMC, Azure, GCP is a plus.
- Experience with Software Defined Networking and SD-WAN is a plus.
- Must be comfortable creating network strategy and road maps with clients.
- This position requires experience in senior-level coordination of complicated technologies, situations and projects.
- An expert level of knowledge-creating documentation and presentations with Visio and PowerPoint is required.
- In this position, you will occasionally travel to client sites and work remotely when not onsite during customer engagements.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: - Network Pre-sales architecture design.
- Network Pre-sales support to account managers.
- Consult with enterprise customers on Network and Security solutions.
- Collaborate internally with architects and externally with customers at all levels.
- Analysis and benchmarking of Enterprise Networks and Security e.g., firewalls, NAC (Network Access Control), IPS/IDS, web filtering, email proxy, web proxy, VPN, network (authentication/authorization/accounting).
CANDIDATES MUST POSSESS: - Knowledge of data center and networking technologies.
- Knowledge of Networks, Workloads, and Application Security.
- Experience in the Cisco Network & Security products such as ASA, Secure IPS, AnyConnect, FirePOWER, Cisco Secure Workload, Secure Firewall for Public Cloud, Identity Services Engine (Client), Cisco Secure Managed Remote Access, Cisco SecureX, Advanced Malware Protection (AMP), Umbrella, Meraki, Secure Network Analytics.
- Advanced Networks and Security technologies.
- Experience in Cisco Nexus, Catalyst, DCNM, Prime Infrastructure, wireless products and technologies would be a plus.
