Senior Navy Maintenance and Modernization Planner with Security Clearance

Responsibilities Noblis MSD is seeking a Senior Navy Maintenance and Modernization Planning expert to support CNRMC C300 in the advanced planning and planning oversight of Naval Surface Ship CNO availabilities. The candidate will be in Norfolk Virginia working on Government Site supporting C300. General responsibilities and tasking include: World Class Planning (WCP) implementation and oversight IPTD Program coordination oversight Executability Assessment and Stack Hands management and oversight Planning policy and process oversight and development FMAA Assessments APEX for planning CNSL/CNSP Planning and Execution briefing representation Waterfront Ops CoP Semi Annual planning summit preparation and facilitation And other duties as assigned This opportunity is a salaried position. Intermittent Travel up to 25% - CONUS and OCONUS. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field with 8 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree in a relevant field with 6 years relevant experience, or Associates in a relevant field with 11 years relevant experience or High School Diploma with 14 years relevant experience. At least 8 years' experience on U.S. Navy ships and with Navy Maintenance and Modernization. Must be a US Citizen Must have an active Secret level clearance Have significant knowledge and experience with Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual (JFMM) and the end-to-end maintenance process. Be familiar with Navy maintenance and modernization NAVSEA supporting commands. Knowledge of the NMP-MOM and 9090.310 Desired Qualifications RMC/NSA or Naval Shipyard experience is a plus. PMP certification is a plus with planning and execution experience. 12+ years' experience on U.S. Navy ships, and with Navy Maintenance and Modernization. Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package. Posted Salary Range USD $101,430.00 - USD $158,535.00 /Yr.
