Senior National Account Manager - CPG/Grocery


Location: Hybrid - NYC/NE Preferred, East Coast or Major Metro Areas

Compensation: $135K-$150K base + performance bonus Up to 75% Travel

What You'll Do:


  • Own key national accounts in the grocery channel and lead strategic partnerships to drive sales and brand visibility.
  • Lead pricing, promotion, and merchandising strategies to deliver revenue growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brokers, marketing, supply chain, and finance to execute plans.
  • Analyze category and market trends to inform smart, data-driven strategies.
  • Hit bold growth targets in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years' experience in CPG grocery retail sales, foodservice, or hospitality.
  • Proven success managing distribution networks, both large and independent.
  • A natural relationship-builder and strong negotiator.
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a lean, fast-moving team.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset-self-starter, problem-solver, results-getter.
