About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience to join the Home Lending Technology team. In support of Home Lending's sales producers, the Senior Engineer will be a key resource in migrating the existing on-prem Dynamics platform to Microsoft Dynamics 365 SaaS offering. The migration effort will leverage modern technologies to deliver on-par capabilities while laying the foundation for future buildout of the SaaS platform. The hire will be engaged in capability analysis, full lifecycle development of business and technology features and overall support of the platform. The Senior Engineer will collaborate heavily with product, business stakeholders and technology teams to evaluate out-of-the-box capabilities for applicability and usage, optimal data integration and persistence needs, and ultimately will act as a key player in delivering diverse activities for the new end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
In this role, you will: - Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
- Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
- Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients' needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
- Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications: - 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of C full lifecycle development experience
- 2+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Relationship Management) development experience, inclusive of 1+ years with the SaaS product
Desired Qualifications: - 3 years of JavaScript
- 1 year using KingswaySoft / SSIS solutions for Data Integration
- 3 years writing MS Dynamics Plugins
- 1 year Power Automate (workflows) experience
- 2 years of foundational development practices of implementing test coverage and test automation
- Experience implementing foundational non-functional requirements / SRE practices; Splunk experience
- 2 years writing/optimizing SQL queries and performing database performance analysis
- 3 years of DevOps experience; usage of Jira and Github
- Hands-on experience working in an Agile Scrum environment
- Experience customizing ribbons
- Experience migration from MS Dynamics on-prem version to cloud
- OpenShift / Kubernetes experience
- Home Lending experience
- MS Customer Insights Journey experience
- Liquibase experience
- ServiceNow experience

Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $149,400.00
