Position Overview The MCICOM G5 Senior Modernization and Capabilities Developer will provide the MCICOM G5 Directorate with professional services and planning support to provide ready and relevant training environments, capable and adaptive ranges, adequate and responsive deployment platforms, and a stable community for Marines and Mission Partners. Essential Job Function Provide outreach, collaboration, and coordination with other MCICOM directorates, MCICOM regional staffs, HQMC departments, Marine Forces Commands, operating forces commands, DON organizations, research and development entities, private industry, and academia. Identify new capabilities and developments in the open market, Marine Corps Warfighting Lab, and Marine Corps Systems Command that could transform Marine Corps installations and integrate new processes to maximize installation operations. Assist command-wide efforts to establish effective branding initiatives, publication support, and graphic designing. Assist with the development of interim guidance and policy as new capabilities are transitioned. Provide conference planning and meeting support. This will include pre-event planning, on-site coordination, and post-event activities for designated government, and inter-agency conferences, symposia, and workshops. Conduct reviews and propose updates to applicable orders, directives and policies governing the program. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 10+ years of experience Secret Clearance Desired Qualifications Project Management Professional certification. Prior experience working military basing programs.
