What You'll Do:- Lead the full development lifecycle of Android mobile applications.
- Design, develop, release, and maintain high-quality, scalable apps.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, Cloud Architects, QA teams, and hardware specialists to deliver top-tier user experiences.
- Conduct code reviews and uphold best practices in coding standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and drive innovative solutions.
- Optimize app performance for responsiveness and seamless user experiences.
- Shape the strategic vision and architecture of mobile app initiatives.
What You Bring: Must-Haves:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on mobile app development experience.
- Proven track record with successful app releases.
- Expertise in Kotlin/Java (Android).
- Strong grasp of app architectures, UI/UX principles, and industry best practices.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to set best practices for remote global teams.
Preferred Skills:- Familiarity with cross-platform frameworks (React Native, Flutter).
- Backend development experience and API integration know-how.
- Experience with Jetpack Compose.
