Job Title: Senior MLOps Engineer
Location: San Francisco, CA (1 day/week in office)
Salary: $180,000 -$220,000 + equity

As a Senior MLOps Engineer, you'll play a key role in bridging the gap between machine learning and production infrastructure. Working with a collaborative, cross-functional team, you'll help move models from experimentation to reliable, scalable deployment. From backend services to infrastructure and ML pipelines, you'll design, build, and support high-performance systems powering real-world healthcare solutions.
What You'll Be Working On
- Developing scalable backend systems and APIs to support ML-powered features
- Deploying, monitoring, and optimizing models (LLMs and beyond) in production environments
- Collaborating closely with product and ML teams to bring research into real-world use
- Owning infrastructure tasks using modern tooling like Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in software, infrastructure, or ML-focused engineering roles
- Solid Python programming skills, ideally with PyTorch and FastAPI frameworks
- Experience designing and deploying services in cloud environments (AWS required)
- Proficiency with container orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with Postgres and SQLAlchemy
