Senior Microsoft Identity Engineer with Security Clearance

Position Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to support US Government customers, and to excel within a fantastic team. As the Senior Microsoft Identity engineer you will design, implement, and optimize identity and access management (IAM) solutions within the Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in identity governance, authentication protocols, and security best practices to support enterprise-scale identity solutions. Responsibilities (All) Support and operate Microsoft Entra ID solutions, including authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.
Maintain, assess, enhance and operate mature Active Directory environments by introducing efficiencies and hardening countermeasures.
Develop and maintain identity security frameworks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Operate and integrate single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and conditional access policies to enhance security.
Provide identity guidance with server and application migration projects from legacy identity systems to Microsoft Entra ID.
Integrate Microsoft Entra ID with on-premises and cloud-based applications, including SaaS solutions.
Develop automation scripts for identity lifecycle management and role-based access control (RBAC).
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to strengthen identity security posture and detect potential threats.
Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams on Microsoft Entra ID best practices.
Troubleshoot complex identity and access issues across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Job Location: Onsite Colorado Springs, CO or Huntsville, AL. We will also consider employees willing to relocate. Salary: $125k to $175k Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
