The Role:

Lead the mechanical engineering team, ensuring projects run efficiently and meet all established targets.

Report directly to the Project Director, providing clear and consistent updates.

Manage subcontractors and coordinate with wider engineering teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from inception to handover, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
What You Need:

Strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience delivering M&E projects valued between 15 million and 20 million.

Proven ability to manage projects from tender to final handover.

Experience leading diverse teams and collaborating across disciplines.
