We're looking for a Senior Mechanical Designer to take the lead on HVAC, Plumbing, and Process Piping system design for commercial and light industrial projects. This is a client-facing, results-driven role where your expertise will help drive efficiency, innovation, and excellence across the full lifecycle of our projects.
You'll work closely with project teams, visit job sites, and help shape some of the most exciting builds in the region.
What You'll Do
- Lead selection and layout of HVAC, plumbing, and process piping systems
- Travel to job sites (most within a 50-mile radius of the Twin Cities)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet budget and performance goals
- Help define project goals and communicate them effectively

What You Bring
- 4+ years in the HVAC industry
- Experience with:
- Biotech, medical, and clean room environments
- Chiller plants ( tons), DOAS systems, light industrial spaces
- Heat pump systems and commercial HVAC applications
- Proficiency in: Revit, Navisworks, ReCap, Bluebeam
