Key Responsibilities:
Deliver mechanical designs including calculations, layouts, specifications, and reports
Carry out thermal modelling and equipment sizing
Coordinate with internal and external design teams
Attend meetings and site visits to ensure design intent is met
Support junior engineers and manage your own workload
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and client requirements
What They're Looking For:
Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services
At least 4 years' experience in building services design
Comfortable leading the mechanical design process
Experience working with tools like AutoCAD, IES, and Revit
Knowledge of building regulations, British Standards, and CDM
Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
Interest or experience in data centre design is highly desirable
