Senior Mastercam Programmer

We are looking to fill an immediate need for an Mold Shop Lead. The Lead will be responsible for assigning, overseeing, and checking quality of all operations within the Mold Shop. This position is a lead role, but does not have supervisory responsibilities, as that is handled by the department manager. The ideal person will be expected to lead the team with proven knowledge within machining, programing, and thermoforming.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma, general education degree (GED), vocational school education, state certified Machinist or Toolmaker, or minimum of 10 years" experience in a machine shop.
At least 7 years" experience working with CNC machines, with at least 5 years CNC programming; use of MasterCam software strongly preferred.
Skilled in 3D solid modeling software, Solidworks experience preferred.
Ability to work with mathematical fundamentals of shop math; geometry and trigonometry.
Industry-related experience, including knowledge of thermoforming and machining of aluminum castings (molds), is preferred.
Prior supervisory experience or demonstrated management skills.
Knowledge and use of Lean Six Sigma tools, Green Belt preferred.
