Location: Plymouth, MN (Hybrid)

Travel: 10-15%, 2-3 days at a time (trade shows, national sales meeting, etc.).

Position Summary

The Senior Marketing Specialist will support the execution of marketing initiatives that communicate the clinical benefits and value of the HistoSonics Edison System and all future platforms to key stakeholders via an omni-channel approach that includes digital, print, and in-person channels. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-including sales, R&D, clinical and regulatory affairs. This role requires a task-oriented, individual contributor with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Meetings & Events Management
  • Maintain and manage the tradeshow calendar, emphasizing major/key shows and providing access to all necessary materials including invites, distribution lists, email templates, registration links, etc.
  • Create and distribute event-related communications, including invites, playbooks, and templated emails.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness of all marketing assets, including videos, collateral, and printed materials.
  • Review and update all presentation decks for formatting consistency and the latest content.
  • Manage and schedule social media posts related to event presence and activities.
Webinar Coordination
  • Oversee all aspects of webinar planning and execution including invitation creation, registration site setup, participant management, reminders, and live hosting/troubleshooting.
  • Ensure all webinar presentation decks are formatted consistently and reflect the latest content.
Marketing Communications
  • Manage and maintain all distribution lists.
  • Create and distribute sales enablement email campaigns and communications.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
Marketing Collateral Management
  • Regularly update key marketing materials, including, case dashboards, system maps, customer lists, reimbursement slide decks
  • Oversee collateral submissions through the GAS system.
  • Manage asset storage and accessibility across multiple platforms
  • Provide marketing collateral support to distributor partners, including translation file sourcing and print vendor setup.
Social Media Monitoring & Messaging
  • Monitor social media platforms for relevant histotripsy-related content, feedback, and trends.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and schedule social media posts that align with campaigns and promote company, research, or clinical milestones.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or other related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, medical device, or life sciences marketing with a track record of increasing responsibility.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey the company's message and goals.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Deep understanding of the industry, target audience, and market trends.
  • Strong project management skills to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Experience working in a start-up or fast-paced MedTech environment.

Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000, plus bonus.
