Job Description

We are seeking a creative and strategic marketing specialist with a strong graphic design background and proven expertise in managing trade shows and exhibitions. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a keen eye for design and a passion for executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and engagement. This role also requires expertise in developing compelling marketing materials, planning and managing trade shows and exhibitions, and ensuring a seamless brand experience across all channels.


  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market positioning.
  • Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, presentations, and promotional assets.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of trade shows and exhibitions, including booth design, logistics, vendor coordination, and event promotions.
  • Work closely within the marketing team for project coordination and to ensure alignment on messaging and campaigns.
  • Collaborate within cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with external partners, vendors, and event organizers.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and trade show initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in graphic design, marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of graphic design and event management-related work experience, with a preference for candidates with knowledge of the Tech industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Expertise in Canva and other creative tools.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing and animation tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, prioritization abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple project priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience in marketing management and collaboration with diverse, culturally varied teams across multiple locations.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment, effectively managing conflicts and navigating ambiguities.
  • Highly organized and proficient with Microsoft Office 365, along with strong project management skills.
  • Open to up to 10% of domestic travel
  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus but not required.
