Senior Marketing SpecialistHybrid RolePosition Summary: Americhem, an innovative, technology-driven leader in the global polymer industry, is seeking a seasoned senior digital marketing communications specialist with a passion for building programs from the ground up. This person will play an integral role in building out new digital tools for the company, including a website, marketing automation, and digital marketing campaigns that promote the company's global products and services. This person will also plan and execute corporate marketing initiatives and play a role in shaping our story around sustainability, innovation, and more.
Position Requirements/Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field required
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing experience
Minimum of 5 years in B2B marketing preferred

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including webinars, email campaigns, and thought leadership content.
- Play a key role in the implementation of a new website. Manage and optimize web content to drive targeted web traffic and cultivate an audience. Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track and analyze website performance and user behavior.
- Implement and manage Marketing Automation Platforms such as Salesforce Cloud or Hubspot.
- Implement audience segmentation and list management strategies that enable effective marketing communications campaigns.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, including industry managers, IT, business development and other internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing campaigns.
- Assist in the development of campaigns that promote Americhem's corporate initiatives, including Americhem's leadership positions in innovation, sustainability, and other key areas that drive business.
- Assist in developing and managing Americhem's global brand assets, including content calendar, marketing collateral templates, and photo / video library.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and communications.
Required Qualities/Attributes - Proven experience in digital marketing and communications, with a strong understanding of digital marketing campaigns and tools.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Wordpress, Content Management Systems, Artificial Intelligence tools (AI), and Marketing Automation Platforms (Salesforce Cloud, Hubspot, ect.). Proficiency in producing webinars and video content a plus.
- Proven experience in list management and audience segmentation.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
