Cedar Rapids Bank and Trust is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join its dynamic team in the Cedar Rapids, IA office.

The Senior Marketing Specialist collaborates with key stakeholders to develop, implement and manage strategic marketing initiatives that support the bank's business lines and advance its overarching organizational goals.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and execute integrated marketing strategies in collaboration with internal teams, managing campaigns across digital, traditional, and
social media platforms

• Create and manage content for various channels including social media, video, website, advertising, collateral, and events to enhance brand visibility and engagement

• Monitor performance and ensure compliance, reporting on ROI and key metrics while maintaining brand consistency and adhering to regulatory requirements

• Support cross-functional initiatives, representing marketing on internal committees guiding team members, planning events, and assisting with special projects and strategic priorities

What You'll Need:

• Associate or Bachelors in Marketing, communications or related field

• 7-10+ years of marketing experience

• Experience with Adobe Suite and MS office
