We are seeking a driven, collaborative, and adaptable marketing professional to join a fast-paced biotech environment focused on advancing precision medicine. This is a high-impact role within a rapidly growing team, offering the opportunity to shape marketing strategy for cutting-edge genomics solutions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales and business development to ensure consistent branding and create sales.
- Create and implement relevant marketing content across multiple channels, including web, video, social media, print, and more.
- Lead a marketing team and work cross functionally with R&D, Product, Sales.
- Oversee and analyse performance and execution of marketing campaigns
- Develop partnerships with senior leadership.
- Collaborate with senior marketing leaders to develop marketing strategy and plan
- Approximate travel 25%
Qualifications
- Minimum MSc (PhD preferred) or equivalent in Life Science related field.
- Thorough experience in marketing products to biotech and pharma companies.
- 3-5+ years' of marketing experience in Genomics.
- Strong business acumen, customer focus and customer-facing experience.
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
