Position Summary


The Senior Manager of Marketing Communications will lead and manage all external communication efforts, driving clarity and engagement around our AI-driven technology practices. You will collaborate closely with technology leaders to sharpen and articulate compelling go-to-market messages, ensuring our unique value is clearly understood by customers and the broader market. This role is pivotal in storytelling, PR strategy, and external brand positioning and will evolve into a Director of Marketing position.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop, refine, and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies highlighting the company's AI practices.
  • Create compelling storyboards and narratives to effectively communicate our solutions' unique value propositions.
  • Manage and continually optimize website content to ensure alignment with strategic messaging and enhance customer engagement.
  • Lead public relations initiatives, including scheduling and facilitating podcasts, media interviews, speaking engagements, and thought leadership opportunities for senior executives.
  • Collaborate with business and technology leaders to craft strategic presentations, high-impact customer pitches, and executive-level content.
  • Oversee creation of strategic marketing collateral, including whitepapers, blogs, articles, case studies, and promotional content.
  • Drive external communication strategy, ensuring consistent brand voice and impactful messaging across all channels.
  • Manage and mentor all external-facing marketing resources, fostering high performance and professional growth.
  • Develop deep insights into demand generation and integrate these insights into communication strategies to support business growth.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing communications roles, preferably within technology or AI-focused services organizations.
  • Proven experience developing and executing effective storytelling, messaging, and strategic communications.
  • Expertise in PR strategy, media relations, and executive thought leadership programs.
  • Demonstrated capability in creating impactful strategic presentations and customer-facing materials.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation strategies and methodologies.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing and mentoring marketing teams or external resources.

Future Career Path


This role is designed to evolve into a Director of Marketing position, with broader responsibilities including overall marketing strategy, team leadership, and greater influence in the company's strategic growth initiatives.
