Building on Client's mission, the Americas Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) organization delivers sales enablement strategy and execution to ensure our field sellers empower customers and partners through AI Transformation. In order to meet the needs of the market, the Americas is accelerating our focus in order to drive revenue, gain share and leadership in AI. To support this growth strategy, the Americas SE&O is hiring a Senior Persona Marketing Manager.

As a Senior Persona Marketing Manager at client, you will play a critical role in developing and executing audience-led marketing strategies tailored to a portfolio of key customer personas. This role focuses on understanding persona needs, aligning marketing strategies with business priorities, and creating outcome-based messaging that resonates with target audiences in the industries they serve. By leveraging data-driven insights, you will ensure our marketing efforts are relevant, scalable, and impactful, positioning client as a trusted partner that customers proactively seek out.


In this role, you will be focused on driving and managing key marketing strategies targeted towards the following set of Personas: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Chief Customer Service Officer (CCSO), and Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO)

Persona Development & Management:

  • Own the development and ongoing refinement of a portfolio of customer personas, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.
  • Deeply understand persona needs, challenges, and preferences through research and data analysis.

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Build and execute marketing strategies tailored to each persona, ensuring efforts align with business objectives and drive engagement.
  • Develop and implement messaging frameworks that connect persona needs with CSA products and solutions, emphasizing outcomes that matter to the audience.
  • Ensure messaging is compelling, relevant, and positions Client's as a trusted partner for key personas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver persona-focused campaigns and initiatives.

Product Launch & Campaign Alignment:

  • Support product launches by ensuring persona needs are integrated into marketing plans and messaging.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and achieve intended results.

Metrics & Optimization:

  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of persona-based marketing efforts, providing actionable insights to refine strategies.
  • Use data and performance metrics to continuously improve the relevance and impact of persona marketing initiatives.
  • Leverage available global tools and dashboards to optimize marketing strategy and delivery, maximizing signal creation and quicker time to conversion.

Skills and qualifications:


Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., campaign planning and execution, digital marketing), event management, program management, marketing operations (including campaign reporting and analysis), or related work experience OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of enterprise experience with the following: building and executing marketing strategies, audience marketing, persona development and management; analyzing and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts, product launches aligned to persona needs.
  • 3+ years' experience managing and expanding integrated marketing strategies, execution, driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex (e.g., multinational or matrixed) organization.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in persona development and management, with a solid understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute marketing strategies that drive engagement and align with business objectives.
  • Proficient analytical skills with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in supporting product launches and ensuring alignment with persona needs.
  • Ability to track and analyze marketing metrics to provide actionable insights and improve strategies.

Title: Senior Persona Marketing Manager

Location: Redmond, Washington (Fully Remote. PST Hours)

Pay: $75/hr - $80/hr

Type: Contract (Extension possible based on business need)
