A full time Senior Marketing Manager is needed for a well known Gen Z focused streetwear inspired activewear brand. This role will focus on the company's womens business and help oversee social media, influencer, digital and growth marketing. This role is onsite full time in the San Fernando Valley area.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and execute cohesive brand campaigns across digital, print, and social channels.
• Ensure alignment across all touchpoints-including email, SMS, social media, and photoshoots.
• Oversee the creation and approval of social media content, ensuring consistency in voice, aesthetic, and messaging.
• Lead influencer recruitment, identifying talent aligned with brand goals and community values.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure all spend aligns with strategic priorities.
• Coordinate timely delivery and execution of content assets across marketing channels.
• Drive PR efforts by securing placements in traditional media and press to expand brand visibility.
• Monitor and analyze campaign and social performance using key metrics and analytics tools.
• Prepare and coordinate for all major product launches, ensuring marketing materials and timelines are aligned.
• Stay current with emerging trends, digital platforms, and cultural shifts relevant to our audience.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• 4+ years of experience in brand marketing, ideally within fashion, fitness, or lifestyle industries.
• Demonstrated success in executing campaigns, managing influencers, and working with PR.
• Strong knowledge of social media trends, content strategy, and analytics.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and influencer tracking platforms.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
