Senior Marketing Manager:

Are you a strategic marketing leader with a passion for driving growth in the complex marine, power generation, and industrial sectors? Our client is seeking a forward-thinking Senior Manager of Marketing to lead impactful initiatives, strengthen OEM partnerships, and elevate brand visibility. This role is ideal for a results-oriented B2B marketer ready to take ownership of high-level campaigns and drive business momentum.


This is a hybrid position in Fort Lauderdale, FL.


Senior Marketing Manager Responsibilities


Strategic Marketing & Branding:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote marine and power generation solutions.
  • Position the company as a leader in the industry by enhancing brand visibility through digital, print, and event-based marketing.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Promotions & Lead Generation:

  • Design and execute targeted promotional campaigns for OEM products, aftermarket services, and power solutions.
  • Leverage digital marketing, email campaigns, trade shows, and industry events to generate leads.
  • Develop compelling content strategies, including white papers, case studies, and product showcases.
  • Oversee social media presence, PPC campaigns, and SEO efforts to maximize inbound marketing results.

OEM & Partner Collaboration:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with OEMs to co-develop marketing initiatives, joint promotions, and brand-aligned campaigns.
  • Negotiate marketing agreements and develop strategic alliances with key industry players.

Sales Enablement & Product Marketing:

  • Develop sales collateral, training materials, and presentations to support the sales team.
  • Create go-to-market strategies for new product launches in partnership with engineering and sales teams.
  • Establish pricing and promotional structures in alignment with company goals.

Analytics & Performance Tracking:

  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess marketing effectiveness.
  • Utilize CRM tools, analytics platforms, and reporting dashboards to measure ROI on marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize campaigns and promotional efforts based on performance data.

Senior Marketing Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the marine, industrial, or power generation sector.
  • Proven experience in OEM collaboration and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and lead generation tactics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed for industry events and partner meetings.
