To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of 15 years of marketing experience, with a verified track record of successful go-to-market strategies for consumer goods. Experience in a leadership role within a global brand for at least 5 years, particularly with a focus on family and children's marketing, is preferred.
Key qualifications include strong expertise in brand development, product marketing, growth marketing, and social marketing. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can interpret complex data and transform insights into actionable plans. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must, as is the ability to inspire and influence at all organizational levels. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is required; an MBA is a plus.
