JOB DESCRIPTION: What we are looking for:
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing/Graphic professional with a drive for excellence, enthusiastic nature and a keen eye for detail. You will be focused on designing all business development and property marketing collateral from concept to completion. You will need to have high-proficiency to expert-knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud design products, especially InDesign. You will be a top-notch creative thinker with the ability to collaborate with sales professionals, conceptualize ideas and produce exceptional work. This role will be based out of our Salt Lake City, Utah location.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and management of large-scale projects, driving creative strategies to elevate team visibility while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborating with team members to create, produce, and distribute presentations and other business materials.
- Training new team members on marketing processes, platforms, and brand standards.
- Maintaining a master library of all marketing materials for easy access and reuse.
- Creating pitch presentations using Adobe InDesign or Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Partnering with the team on high-impact projects such as RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and Oms (Offering Memorandums).
- Partner with the team to develop client-oriented interpretations incorporating new ideas for presenting market research data to clients. Consults with brokers on how best to incorporate market statistics in client presentations. Develop sales aids as needed.
- Designing marketing materials for property listings, including flyers, brochures, and postcards.
- Participates in the quality control review of marketing materials for completeness and correctness ensuring consistency in branding, format and content.
- Managing and scheduling all digital e-blasts.
- Producing one-off marketing pieces as needed.
- Designing regional and service-specific team brochures.
- Maintaining case studies and client lists in the team library.
- Developing clear, high-impact team graphics.
- Managing team headshots, email signatures, and bios.
- Supporting the team with LinkedIn content and post creation.
- Updating and distributing quarterly market maps.
- Managing all property listings on Buildout, including regular updates and onboarding new listings.
- Other marketing/graphics related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Skills, Education and Experience:
- Commercial/residential real estate or advertising agency experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, design and visual communication, fine arts or a related field preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Professional), with familiarity in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Proficient in both Mac and PC. Premiere and After Effects knowledge a plus.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Capacity to collaborate with colleagues in a team environment and with clients in a professional setting.
- Aesthetic skills and keen eye for visual details; has a well-honed design perspective and knows how to translate that to marketing collateral.
- Uphold corporate brand standards and adhere to style guidelines.
- May perform other duties as assigned.

Salary: Up to $90,000 annually with potential for future bonus structure DOE
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
