In this role, you will craft RFPs and proposal materials, develop impactful marketing materials including content creation and lead special projects that align with the company's branding and strategic goals. Responsibilities:
- Take the lead in crafting and executing effective strategies for proposal development by coordinating with the Business Development (BD) and Marketing teams to ensure tailored, high-impact submissions.
- Design and develop all proposal materials, presentations, and marketing collateral, ensuring they meet firm standards and effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
- Assist in managing media communications, including press releases, event announcements, and social media content.
- Work with various departments to create visually appealing content, such as graphics, infographics, and client presentations, ensuring consistency with branding.
- Act as a representative of the firm in professional settings, including client meetings, industry events, and business networking opportunities.
- Create impactful collateral materials such as presentations, one-pagers, and leave-behinds to enhance client relationships.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market opportunities to drive marketing strategies.
- Keep marketing databases current and organized to ensure easy access to vital company data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of experience especially in the A/E/C industry
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to develop clear, persuasive, and engaging content for diverse marketing needs.
- Strong background in proposal development and content creation, with proven success in producing competitive submissions.
- Proficiency in technical writing, with the ability to turn complex data into easily understandable content.
- Solid understanding of branding and marketing communications, with the ability to maintain consistency across various platforms.
- Excellent project management skills.
