Our client is looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join their rapidly growing team here in Austin.
Role Summary:
- Drive data-informed marketing strategies in close collaboration with Marketing, Analytics, Data, and Engineering teams.
- Deliver actionable insights to support marketing performance and business growth.
- Report to the Marketing Analytics Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert on marketing data and analytics.
- Partner with teams across performance, lifecycle, SEO, and product marketing.
- Build and improve marketing measurement frameworks (e.g., attribution, LTV).
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and create dashboards to inform marketing strategy.
- Analyze customer segments to optimize engagement tactics.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Align analytics projects with business goals through cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years in analytics or related field; 2+ years in marketing analytics
- Proficient in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Strong grasp of statistical methods and causal inference.
- Familiar with marketing tools/platforms
- Skilled at communicating complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in high-growth startup or scale-up environments.
- Familiarity with Git/version control.
- SaaS experience
- Familiarity with Python/R
