Description

  • Develop, analyze and implement manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve manufacturing issues.
  • Implement continuous improvement activities to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
  • Provide engineering support to production department on a daily basis.
  • Ensure compliance with industry safety and design standards and guidelines.
  • Participate in product development meetings to understand design requirements.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of system documentation.
  • Train and guide staff on new processes and equipment.

Profile

A successful Senior Manufacturing Engineer should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CAD software.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
