Description
- Develop, analyze and implement manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve manufacturing issues.
- Implement continuous improvement activities to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Provide engineering support to production department on a daily basis.
- Ensure compliance with industry safety and design standards and guidelines.
- Participate in product development meetings to understand design requirements.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of system documentation.
- Train and guide staff on new processes and equipment.
Profile
A successful Senior Manufacturing Engineer should have:
