The Advanced Manufacturing Engineer (AME) leads the transition of new products from prototype to high-volume production, focusing on manufacturing processes, assembly tooling, and equipment validation. Description

  • Work with cross functional production teams for DFM
  • Design and develop new manufacturing processes
  • Electromechanical system and component troubleshooting
  • Fixture design and development
  • Process improvement program implementation
  • Support NPI efforts
  • Design review and improvement
  • Customer facing advocate
  • Establish part criticallity levels and develop maintenance plans
  • Perform first article inspections

Profile

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
5+ Years of manufacturing experience
Advanced technical knowledge
Design Software familiarity
Electrical Controls knowledge
ELectro-mechanical equipment knowledge

Job Offer

Competitive Base Salary: $120,000-$145,000
