My client is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer with a strong background in the manufacturing industry to participate in sustaining efforts of products in high-volume production. The ideal candidate will bring proficiency in sustaining engineering, and understanding of electromechanical engineering, and cross-functional collaboration.

Description

Reporting directly into the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes
  • Resolve issues during production related to electromechanical components and systems
  • Implement cost-saving measures and maintain high quality standards
  • Develop and optimize manufacturing methods and procedures
  • Collaborate with design teams to enhance product manufacturability
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations

Profile

A successful 'Senior Manufacturing Engineer' should have:

  • A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in a hands on technical manufacturing role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks drawing and modeling
  • Experience working with electromechanical components and parts
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
