Description
Reporting directly into the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes
- Resolve issues during production related to electromechanical components and systems
- Implement cost-saving measures and maintain high quality standards
- Develop and optimize manufacturing methods and procedures
- Collaborate with design teams to enhance product manufacturability
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations

Profile
A successful 'Senior Manufacturing Engineer' should have:
- A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in a hands on technical manufacturing role
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in SolidWorks drawing and modeling
- Experience working with electromechanical components and parts
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
