Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Manhattan WMS/WMOS Integration Specialist with extensive experience in warehouse management systems, integrations, and migrations. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in WMS solutions, with a strong background in Manhattan WMOS, WCS, MHE, and preferably SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the integration of Manhattan WMOS with various warehouse systems, including SAP, WCS, and MHE.
- Work on large-scale migrations and implementations across multiple Distribution Centers.
- Design, build, and support warehouse solutions ensuring seamless operations across WMOS versions.
- Collaborate with business teams and IT stakeholders to enhance system functionality and optimize warehouse processes.
- Manage and implement solutions such as Vocollect VoiceConsole, Vargo WES, LEI WCS, Opex SureSort, Opex PerfectPick, and Dematic Shuttle.
- Ensure system integrity and security by identifying and resolving critical security concerns in vendor applications.
- Provide 24/7 on-call and on-site support during rollouts, hypercare, and critical system deployments.
- Assist with WMOS 2018 implementation using Docker component architecture for scalable distribution center solutions.
- Lead and manage technical teams, providing mentorship and training.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), WMOS, and MHE integrations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and SAP EWM in a warehouse environment.
- Strong expertise in system integrations and migrations across different WMS solutions.
- Experience with automation tools such as Ansible.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and cloud-based architectures (Azure, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
- Familiarity with IBM UrbanCode Deploy for automated WMS deployment.
- Experience with vendor applications security testing and penetration testing.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale distribution center implementations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in high-pressure environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with JDA WMS and SAP EWM migrations.
- Knowledge of Pyramid Warehouse Execution Systems.
- Experience in shipping service integrations with UPS, Ceva, and FedEx APIs.
- Prior experience working in highly automated Ecommerce fulfillment centers.
- Strong project management and leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
