Senior Manager of Sales & Recruiting - IT & Executive Staffing

Location: Atlanta, GA (Nationwide Candidates Considered - Relocation Available)

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a driven, hands-on Senior Manager of Sales & Recruiting to lead our recruiting and sales teams. This is a leadership role with a focus on execution-coaching, training, and driving results in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead daily stand-up meetings, conduct one-on-ones, manage performance, and develop team members through coaching, mentorship, and structured training programs.
  • Sales & Business Development: Support sales efforts including target list development, account planning, client outreach, prospect meetings, and contract negotiation.
  • Recruiting Strategy & Execution: Guide sourcing and outreach strategies, oversee candidate screening, and ensure effective influence and negotiation with candidates and clients.
  • Performance Management: Set goals, monitor key performance metrics, implement disciplinary actions when necessary, and foster a culture of accountability and success.
  • Technology & Process Optimization: Administer and leverage ATS, CRM, and recruiting tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness in talent acquisition and sales operations.
  • Culture & Engagement: Promote a high-energy, collaborative, and resilient workplace, celebrating team wins and maintaining morale even in challenging market conditions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience leading teams in IT staffing and executive recruiting, with a successful track record in both sales and recruiting leadership.
  • Strong coaching, training, and mentorship abilities, fostering high-performance teams.
  • Expertise in sales and recruiting strategies, outreach methodologies, and pipeline management.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS, CRM, and sales/recruiting technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
