Senior Manager, Revenue Operations
Location: Bethesda, MD (100% Onsite)
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 (Max of $130,000) + potential 12-15% bonus

The Opportunity:
We're seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to take ownership of revenue strategy and operations in a collaborative, data-driven environment. Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Cycle, you'll lead a team of revenue managers, analysts, and support staff, ensuring accurate forecasting, process improvements, and growth initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Revenue Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and support organizational goals.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and finance to optimize pricing, product positioning, and profitability.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze sales and customer trends to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.

  • Dashboard & Reporting: Design and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance and share insights with senior leadership.

  • Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and support the revenue operations team.

  • Operational Optimization: Implement tools and systems to enhance revenue operations efficiency.

  • Forecasting & Planning: Ensure accurate revenue projections, budgeting, and compliance.

  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on competitors, customer behaviors, and industry trends.

  • Growth Initiatives: Identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and business models.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred but not required).

  • 7+ years of experience in revenue, finance, or sales, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Strong analytical and strategic skills; ability to leverage data to drive decisions.

  • Confident leader and communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams.

  • Proficient with Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, and CRM systems.

Preferred Experience:

  • Healthcare, MSO, or physician group finance background.

  • Experience developing dashboards and KPIs for leadership.

  • Familiarity with revenue operations structure and systems.

  • Experience with revenue function restructuring or stabilization.
