Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
Why This Opportunity Stands Out:
This is a great fit for someone who's been managing revenue ops, analytics, or finance projects - and is ready to take that next step into a leadership role with real visibility. You'd be joining a growing healthcare organization that's building out its infrastructure and looking for someone who can take ownership of the revenue function and make it better.
- You'll be the go-to person for revenue reporting, trends, tools, and team leadership.
- Strong leadership exposure - you'll work directly with the VP and have a say in shaping how things run.
- Team to manage and grow - analysts, ops staff, and room to evolve the structure.
- Solid benefits: automatic 3% 401(k) contribution (no match needed), potential profit-sharing, multiple medical plans, dental, vision, EAP, legal, and more.
- Office perks: well-stocked breakroom, casual team events, and a walkable, well-connected Bethesda location.
It's a great seat for someone who wants to build trust with leadership, roll up their sleeves, and make an impact without a ton of red tape.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading revenue operations and reporting across the company.
- Managing a team of analysts and support staff.
- Building dashboards and tools that help leadership make smarter decisions.
- Collaborating across finance, sales, and marketing to align on metrics and performance.
- Identifying opportunities for better processes, systems, and revenue insights.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 10 years of experience in revenue ops, finance, or analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Someone who can own projects, communicate clearly, and work well with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, or similar tools.
