Position Title: Senior Manager, Product Strategy - Power Electronics

Compensation: $175,000 - $190,000 base (up to $210K for the right candidate), full benefits, relocation package, and company stock

About the Role
As a Senior Manager, Product Strategy - Power Electronics, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategy and execution for the company's AC-DC ICs product line. This role requires deep technical knowledge, strategic insight, and customer-facing experience to bring new products from concept to successful market adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Define strategic product direction within the AC-DC IC segment
Lead product launches and drive adoption at key global accounts
Collaborate with applications, R&D, and sales teams to develop technical and marketing collateral
Engage with major customers to understand needs and gather competitive intelligence
Perform market and trend analysis to influence product development
Lead pricing strategy and manage product lifecycle to maximize margins
Provide regular product plans, market forecasts, and strategic updates to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Physics
Minimum 10 years of product marketing experience in AC-DC integrated circuits (non-negotiable)
Strong understanding of AC-DC topologies such as Flyback and Resonant converters
Proven ability to translate technical features into business value
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%, including international travel
Preferred Experience
Background working with Motor Drive ICs
Familiarity with BLDC (Brushless DC) motor topologies
Experience working in or with correctional or industrial product environments is a plus
