Forsyth Barnes is partnered with a fast-growing, design-led real estate company that's redefining how residential and commercial spaces are marketed in the digital age. We're supporting their search for a Senior Manager, Performance Marketing, a hands-on digital leader who will drive customer acquisition across paid media channels including Google, Meta, TikTok, and Display.


This is a high-impact role where you'll own strategy and execution. The ideal candidate is a data-obsessed, results-driven performance marketer who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies across Google Search, Meta, TikTok, and the Google Display Network.
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns to drive qualified lead generation and maximize ROAS.
  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking, attribution models, and event tagging via GA4 and related platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance, deliver actionable insights, and adjust strategy to meet aggressive KPIs.
  • Own reporting and communication of performance results to executive leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, creative, and sales teams to align digital strategy with business goals.
  • Oversee external media agencies to ensure execution aligns with internal goals and brand standards.
  • Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to inform ongoing optimization.
  • Support integrated marketing initiatives such as property launches and digital events.
  • Operate with a test-and-learn mindset, proactively run experiments, A/B tests, and new channel trials.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid search and paid social.
  • Proven track record of scaling lead generation and managing media budgets across multiple digital platforms.
  • Deep understanding of GA4, UTM tracking, conversion goals, and funnel analytics.
  • Strong experience managing campaigns in regulated industries (e.g., real estate, housing, cannabis, etc.).
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, must be able to both execute and communicate results clearly to stakeholders.
