Job Title: Senior Manager, Marketing Systems & Insights

Job Overview We are seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Systems & Insights to lead the strategy, optimization, and oversight of our marketing technology stack and analytics strategy. This is a critical role for ensuring our marketing efforts are data-driven, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. This position will own the design and optimization of our marketing platforms and ensure we are leveraging data to drive smarter marketing decisions. This individual will partner closely with stakeholders across marketing, sales, advice, and IT to ensure systems and analytics support full-funnel growth, campaign performance, and customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities Marketing Systems & Platform Management

  • Lead the strategy and day-to-day management of the marketing technology stack, where it applies to Marketing, including platforms such as MAP (e.g. Marketing Cloud), web CMS, and analytics tools.
  • Lead the company's demand transformation initiative - aligning processes, people, content and technology around the buyer.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize marketing workflows, lead routing, campaign execution, and attribution tracking.
  • Partner with IT, sales, and vendors to scope integrations and ensure platforms are working harmoniously. Data & Insights
  • Define and maintain a robust marketing analytics framework, including dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports to guide campaign, channel, and budget decisions.
  • Build a scalable reporting infrastructure to support lead generation, funnel metrics, and ROI tracking across the customer journey.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Governance & Enablement
  • Create documentation, training, and change management processes for new tools or workflow enhancements.
  • Ensure data privacy and compliance best practices are followed (e.g., HIPAA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Participation in the vendor selection process for technology considered for the organization.
  • Participation in Agile processes and projects in coordination with technology teams where appropriate and necessary.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, martech, or marketing analytics roles.
  • Deep expertise in managing marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot/Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Google Analytics, and/or Tableau/Power BI.
  • Must have experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • ABM platform experience such as Demandbase, Terminus, or 6Sense.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnel dynamics, B2B lead generation, and campaign measurement.
  • Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation integration, lead lifecycle modeling, and attribution reporting.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a regulated or insurance industry is a plus.
  • Certifications in relevant areas are highly desirable.
