Title: Senior Manager of IT Audit
Location: Boston
Salary: $170,000-$190,000K + bonus + RSUs

Senior Manager of IT Audit's responsibilities:
- Define and manage the IT audit scope, budget, methodology, and long-term strategic direction, including automation and continuous monitoring initiatives.
- Direct IT audits, SOX-404 compliance, and real-time risk assessments, ensuring high-quality documentation and clear communication of findings.
- Partner with internal audit teams, external auditors, and business units to align IT risks with business impact and support enterprise initiatives.
- Recruit, manage, and develop IT audit staff, foster a collaborative culture, and ensure strong performance management practices.
- Manage resolution of audit findings, lead investigations when needed, and promote risk awareness and accountability across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. Must hold a relevant IT audit certification (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CRISC); CPA or CIA a plus.
- 8+ years in IT/operational audit roles with increasing responsibility; minimum 4 years of supervisory experience. Must have public accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of IT controls, risk frameworks (e.g., SOX, NIST, ISO), systems implementation, security, and enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
