Sr. International Franchisee Market Manager / DFO

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for sales expansion, including new stores, distribution, e-commerce, and product launches.
- Serve as the main contact for franchise partners, ensuring alignment on business goals.
- Conduct market visits to assess franchise operations, competition, and customer experience.
- Oversee projects and collaborate cross-functionally for timely execution.
- Lead business reviews, focusing on performance and growth opportunities.
- Ensure franchise partners follow brand and operational standards.
- Provide training, tools, and guidance to support franchise success.
- Manage store openings, closings, and relocations.
- Maintain key documentation and ensure compliance with agreements and policies.
- Facilitate best practice sharing to drive growth across markets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 7+ years of international marketing experience in a franchise system.
- Strong track record in managing franchise partnerships and driving retail sales.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Expertise in budgeting, project management, and strategic planning.
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work with all levels, from store teams to executives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel across Latin America and Mexico (up to 80%).
