Senior Manager, Sales Analytics & Operations

Overview:
A commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Senior Manager to support sales, medical affairs, and access teams by delivering insights and driving strategic field operations within its oncology division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Insights:
- Lead development of KPIs, synthesize data from multiple sources, apply AI/ML for predictive modeling (e.g., patient alerts, next-best actions), and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Field Operations:
- Manage territory alignments, HCP targeting, call planning, and CRM optimization (Veeva). Provide field training and ensure compliance with data and reporting standards.
- Performance & Incentives:
- Design performance dashboards, field reports, and incentive compensation plans. Administer IC programs accurately and on time.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage external consulting resources to align analytics with commercial goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years in sales analytics or operations (life sciences preferred)
- Experience with pharma data (IQVIA, Symphony, etc.), CRM (Veeva/Salesforce), and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong ability to translate complex data into business strategy
- Bachelor's degree required
