What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team of Sales Strategy & Operations managers focused on Small & Medium Businesses (SMBs) across multiple regions
- Collaborate with global sales leaders on strategic and operational projects to enhance revenue and efficiency
- Analyze business drivers and operational metrics to develop insights and communicate recommendations to sales leadership
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Finance to drive outcomes
- Identify and redefine processes to improve and scale business operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of professional experience in strategy & operations within analytical environments
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects in fast-paced settings
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales and digital advertising platforms, particularly within the Small & Medium Business (SMB) segment
- Previous experience managing a global or large-scale team via outsourced vendor operations
