Location: Los Angeles, CaliforniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $60 - 70 per hourWe're hiring a Creative AI Specialist - Design to harness the power of AI in crafting high-quality, visually engaging content. In this role, you'll work with cutting-edge tools to create and refine AI-generated visuals that align with brand standards, while collaborating with partners to optimize design workflows and explore innovative creative solutions.Responsibilities:Leading the implementation & optimization of AI-driven visual assets across multiple channels including site, CRM, paid media, in-store signage, & more.Integrating AI into visual design processes, decision-making, & problem-solving.Serving as a thought leader to elevate all visual work & ensuring adherence to the brand visual language & style guide across formats & channels.Fostering cross-functional relationships with key business partners to create deeper understanding of AI visual design goals, needs, & limitations, as well as building trust & alignment.Crafting the prompts that are given to large language and image models to get the optimal visual outputs.Owning end-to-end concept development & building strategic visual frameworks that ladder to the brief &/or business objective.Experimenting with AI tools & technologies to inform visual design creation.Using data-driven insights to inform creative design making.Reviewing/editing AI-generated visual assets, adjusting to align with brand visual language & seasonal style guides.Translating strategy into meaningful visual creative in multiple channels.Demonstrating ability to work with ambiguity & promote continuous learning & improvement.Contributing to a high-performance culture delivering multiple projects & priorities in a fast-paced & growing segment of business.Staying up to date with advancements in AI technology & industry trends to ensure creative innovation in visual design.Qualifications:Portfolio is required.8+ years of experience in creative, visual communications &/or marketing execution.5+ years managing visual design in an online creative or digital field.
